Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website www.trafficpix.com (hereafter referred to as “TrafficPix”), you (Client) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Hereafter “You” or “Your” refers to as Client in entire Terms and conditions.
1. Services Offered and Order process
TrafficPix specializes in logo design services. Once you (Client) select a package and complete your payment, the logo design process will commence. The client will receive 2 to 3 logo design samples via the WhatsApp number provided during the order process.
2. Selection and Revisions
Clients may select one Logo sample, after which our designer, [Umashankar Asokan, will proceed with the final logo design. Additional revisions or changes to the selected design may be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated prior to implementation. The completed logo will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid WhatsApp number and email address. TrafficPix is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before the logo design process begins. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the pricing and services provided. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are partnered with trusted payment gateway solutions, both in India and internationally, to ensure secure and reliable payment processing.
5. Delivery Timeframe
The initial logo design samples will be sent to you within 2 to 5 days after the payment confirmation. Please note that in cases of high order volume, delivery may take up to 10 days. It is your responsibility to check your email or WhatsApp for notifications regarding your order.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final once the design process has started. Refunds will not be issued after the design process begins. If you wish to cancel your order before the design process starts, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your payment to receive a 90% refund. Refund is not full since order cancellation may incur 10% (cancellation fee + Taxes) by the payment processor.
7. Ownership and Rights
All logos and designs created by TrafficPix remain the intellectual property of TrafficPix until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership rights to the final logo design. TrafficPix retains the right to showcase the logo as part of our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
TrafficPix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any inability to access the Site. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services.
9. Modifications to the Terms
TrafficPix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Recaptcha
TrafficPix uses Google Recaptcha to filter bot traffic. By using this website, you agree to comply with the terms of Recaptcha as outlined by Google. For more information, please review the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
11. User Data and Cookies
TrafficPix uses cookies to enhance user experience by retrieving user details during each visit. By using our Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using iframes around our website. Additionally, users must not misuse the TrafficPix name or logo in any form that misrepresents our name and value in the industry.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District Court of Thiruvarur. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the District Court of Thiruvarur.
